We've pushed a fix for the upload issue. All filetypes should be uploading as normal now. If you uploaded a document that had trouble this morning, please remove it from your File Manager and retry your upload. If you continue to have issues please contact us at support@trudigital.com.
We noticed this morning that static filetypes such as PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XSLX, etc. are having trouble completing the upload process. Our team is looking in to the issue and will update as soon as possible.
For now, PNG and JPG files will upload fine, so you may wish to convert to that filetype if your upload is urgent. Video uploads are not affected.
