FIle Upload Issues
Our team has pushed a fix and uploads are completing correctly now. Any uploads that are still pending from this morning will need to be retried. If you continue to see issues, please contact support@trudigital.com.
We noticed this morning that most filetypes such as MP4,PDF, PPTX, DOCX, XSLX, etc. are having trouble completing the upload process. Our team is looking in to the issue and will update as soon as possible.
For now, PNG and JPG files will upload fine, so you may wish to convert to that filetype if your upload is urgent. We will post an update as soon as possible.
