File Upload Issues
The conversion API is now functioning normal. We can see that previously pending jobs have completed after things cleared up. If you are still seeing issues with uploads, please contact support@trudigital.net.
Looks like our third-party file conversion system is currently experiencing issues. You may see problems uploading many file types. We are working with our provider now to resolve the issue.
