We deployed a system update that should resolve the issue. If you experienced errors on a video previously, please try re-importing the video from YouTube. Keep in mind that some videos may be blocked by YouTube due to privacy settings or copyright issues. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will post additional updates as needed.
We identified the cause of the issue and are currently testing a solution. We expect to have the issue resolved before the end of the day.
We noticed errors occurring when attempting to import some YouTube videos to our platform. This seems to be only affecting some customers. Any videos which have been previously imported are not affected. We are investigating the issue and will update once we have more information.
