Facebook API Issues
Woohoo! You can now access the Facebook Integration in your template library. With the new policy changes at Facebook, you can only display feeds from Facebook business pages you have admin access to. You must re-authenticate the Facebook Integration every 90 days. We are still in communication with the Facebook team. We are receiving faster response times from them now (several weeks versus within a week). So we anticipate having an official answer back from them in the near future. Thank you for your patience. We'll post another update when we have more information.
Our team has identified issues pertaining to Facebook's API updates and are working with their API team to resolve them. We will post further updates when complete.
We noticed Facebook's API is undergoing maintenance this morning which is affecting our Facebook integration for some customers. We'll continue to monitor the situation and update as we receive further information.
